Job TItle: Center Director

Job Descriptions: A director supervises all day-to-day tasks of employees in a preschool under the owners’ management.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements: To be a successful director, an individual must possess strong communication and organizational skills, leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent teaching and multi-tasking skills. The director must be able to use basic computer skills such as MS (word, excel, power point). Most importantly, we are looking for candidates who share our desire to provide elevated standards of early childhood education and are willing to teach as well as learn!

Job Requirements: Must be at least 21 yrs of age and meet the Director qualifications as stated in the Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers in Texas. Previous experience in a childcare facility is preferred. A director will be required to obtain a Texas CDL as well as CPR certification.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements: BA degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field.  Minimum 5 years of experience working in a preschool classroom.  A proven track record demonstrating they are highly motivated self-starters/team players who can work well under pressure.  Strong organizational skills.  Out of state travel is required.
